The panties provide 8 to 12 hours of protection, depending on the flow of your cycle. Their absorbent layer holds an amount of fluid equivalent to 2 large tampons. During moderate days, one pair easily lasts all day or all night, while during your heaviest days, we recommend changing after 8 hours.

Yes, absolutely. The layers of the panties have an antibacterial treatment and properties that prevent the growth of bacteria and neutralize unpleasant odors. In addition, moisture is immediately drawn into the inner core, so the layer that touches the skin stays completely dry, which guarantees a high level of hygiene and comfort throughout the day.

How do you wash and care for period panties?
After wearing the panties, it is first necessary to rinse them in cold water until the water runs clear. Then wash them in the machine, where the optimal temperature is 40 degrees. The panties can also withstand washing at 60 degrees without damaging the absorbent layer, but keep in mind that this may shorten their lifespan and lead to faster color fading.
We recommend washing them with liquid or gel detergent. Do not use fabric softener, as it can significantly reduce the functionality of the absorbent layers.

We do not recommend it. High temperatures negatively affect the absorbency of the material and the elasticity of the panties. We recommend air-drying them naturally.
