Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a withdrawal statement at safeintimo@outlook.com or write to us through the Contact page, including your order number.
Return conditions
- For hygiene reasons, we only accept unworn and unwashed products with their original tags, in their original packaging.
- Please send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- The customer pays the return shipping cost, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Size exchanges
If the size doesn't fit, we'll gladly exchange the product for another size under the same conditions (unworn with tags, within 14 days). Please contact us before sending it so we can confirm the size is available.
Complaints
If a product is damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the product. We reply to complaints within 8 days at the latest and resolve them within 15 days at the latest. We will replace the faulty product or refund you, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we refund you within 14 days at the latest. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer, so please send us your bank account number.
