Terms of service

1. General

These terms of service govern the use of the Safe Intimo online store at www.safeintimo.com and the purchase of products from it. By shopping in the store, you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

We do our best to keep product descriptions, photos and prices accurate. All prices are in Macedonian denars (MKD). We may change prices; the price shown when you place your order applies to that order.

3. Orders and contract

The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or if a product is unavailable, and we will let you know if this happens.

4. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery, paid to the courier when you receive your parcel.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms, times and costs are described in the Shipping policy.

6. Withdrawal, exchanges and complaints

Your 14-day right of withdrawal, exchanges and complaints are handled under the Returns and refunds policy.

7. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

All store content (text, photos, logo and design) belongs to the seller and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

Use the products according to the care and use instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products.

10. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable consumer protection regulations apply to these terms. We try to resolve disputes amicably; if that isn't possible, the dispute is decided by the competent court in accordance with the law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
